Projects

Besides implementing specific customer projects, nextpractice has always been dedicated to making a contribution towards the development of a resilient society. As a consequence, the nextpractice Institut für Komplexität und Wandel (Institute of Complexity and Change) was founded in 2017. As an affiliated institute at the Bremen University of Applied Sciences, it bundles social activities. The nextpractice Institute evolved from the Gute Führung (Good Management) project, which was funded by the BMAS as part of the INQA. It operates the nextpractice Forum für Führung und Arbeit im Wandel (Forum for Management and Work in Flux) platform, which is free for visitors. In the current project, Virtueller Experimentierraum 5.0 – Mit Digitalisierung und agilen Methoden die Potenziale von Zusammenarbeit und Kooperation heben (Virtual Experimental Space 5.0 – Using Digitisation and Agile Methods to Increase the Potentials of Collaboration and Cooperation), which is funded by BMAS, nextpractice looks at the question of how concrete challenges within the participating companies can be mastered by unleashing the potential that is generated through cooperation.
